What are the check-in and check-out times at Dormy House?
Bedroom check-in commences at 3:00pm, and check-out is by 11:00am. As a special privilege for hotel guests, you may arrive from 12:00pm (midday) on the day of your arrival to enjoy full access to House Spa facilities, and continue using the spa until 11:00am on departure day.
Are dogs allowed, and what does the canine policy cover?
Well-behaved dogs aged 1 year or older are welcomed in designated Courtyard Suites, Hot Tub Suites, and Comfy Rooms for £30 per dog, per night. This includes a luxury dog bed, clean towel, bowls, and welcome treats. Dogs may dine with you in The Shed bar and lounge and explore 500 acres of woodland trails. (Dogs are not permitted in The Back Garden restaurant or inside House Spa). Registered assistance dogs stay free of charge.
Do I need to book dining reservations in advance?
Yes, advance table reservations are strongly recommended for all dining venues. Due to strictly limited seating (especially for our 12-seat chef's table at MO and popular weekend dinner slots in The Back Garden), we recommend reserving your dining when booking your room.
What are the family and children swim policies?
Children aged 0–2 stay free of charge; ages 3–16 stay for £60 per child/night. To preserve the tranquil environment of House Spa for adult guests while ensuring young guests have pool fun, dedicated daily family swim times are scheduled in the 16m indoor pool. The thermal suite and hydrotherapy tubs are reserved for guests aged 16 and over.
Is parking available, and do you have electric vehicle charging?
Yes, complimentary on-site parking is available for all hotel, spa, and dining guests (capacity for up to 88 vehicles), including dedicated wide accessible parking bays. Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations are available on site for guest use.
